Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Our client who is a digital events agency specialising in creative virtual hybrid and live events are hiring for a Senior Business Development Lead. They are looking for candidates who have existing sales experience within an agency background, focusing on the healthcare sector. The Senior Business Development Lead will be responsible for all new business sales activities. Identify and generate leads of new prospects with a focus on Global, EMEA and UK clients with a primary focus on pharma sector, work with lead generation providers to maximise company return on investment in lead generation activities and opportunities that arise from it, take accountability for all new pitches working across the business and teams to ensure the best possible pitch/proposal submission within timeframes specified, when new accounts are successfully contracted, take ownership of that client account and accountable to hand over to identified Account Lead as and when allocated, to deliver against annual financial and strategic business development targets, working with the Senior Group Talent Lead, monitor development plans for all team members considering current skills analysis, training needs, individual’s needs & desires and development strategies, ensure all Finance & Operational teams are consistently sharing best practice and always delivering to company standards.
