PrinceWood Recruitment was formed by Natalie Prince and Jeanette Erwood. The company was born out of their passion for the industry and the desire to form an agency that puts clients and candidates needs at the very centre of what the agency does.

Our agency understands that clients and candidates require a personal and consultative approach, based on trust, transparency and excellent communication.

We recruit in the following sectors, Customer Services, Administration, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Accounts, Financial Services, Personal Assistants and Graduate Trainee Schemes.

PrinceWood listen to our clients needs, to fully understand, not only the job specification but the nature and culture of your business. We are keen to gain an understanding of your company and your brand to enable us to represent you, to our candidates, providing the perfect match.

Begin the search process

After taking your brief we immediately get in touch with our network of existing candidates. We always invest in advertising, social media networks, marketing and various job boards, to find the perfect candidate for your team.

Gather CVs, prepare shortlist, interviews

We take time to interview each candidate, making sure the role and company culture is right for both parties. The Account Manager will provide a shortlist of candidates to you, saving you time!
With our expertise we will manage every aspect of the interview process, reducing the impact on your business.

Co-ordination and monitoring of any job offer

Once you have met the successful candidate, everything rests on how the job offer is delivered. With over 30 years of experience we are confident in delivering a positive and professional offer. Our Account Management doesn’t stop there, we will be in continued contact with your new team member, answering any questions, until the day they start.
